Individual Integration Support Sessions
Sometimes we could do with a little extra, individual-focused attention and care, giving us more time and support in a safe space, for us to explore more vastly and thoroughly.
One-on-one integration sessions give us the opportunity to dive deeper, with intention, into our integration process and whatever has come up during or from the experience, with the support of a facilitator/coach/therapist.
What Sessions May Cover and Consist of
Depending on the individual's interests, needs, and where she/he/they are in their process of preparation or post-experience integration, sessions together could cover any of the following:
Preparation: for an experience - technically, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually
Post-experience Landing: support for grounding oneself (and whatever came up) upon landing
Post-experience Exploration and Analysis:
Reviewing and safely exploring the experience and what came up - any insights, learnings, joys, confusions, challenges
Sense- and meaning-making of the experience
Clarifying and identifying elements to work with, stay connected to, incorporate into (daily) life
(Compassionate) Implementation:
Identifying and declaring shifts to make in alignment with what was experienced
Exploring and establishing supportive exercises, practices, rituals
Support in designing plans and accountability in shifts and projects
Revisiting and reevaluating shifts and projects, incorporating new insights and learnings gained over time
During (and after) sessions, I may share / we may explore the following*:
Meditations
Pranayama (breathing exercises)
Creative expression activities
Nature-based practices
Movement exercises - dance, yoga asanas
Resources, inspirations, teachings to support what the individual is working to integrate (ex. practices, poems, quotes, teachers)
*Depending on what the individual is open to and resonates with
My Approach
My approach to integration is largely informed by my studies in the space (and from others in it), my personal experiences and integration processes, and by my spiritual path and practices (non-dual tantra, yogic path, self-enquiry meditation, nature-based teachings), which have been critical to the formation of my personal integration practices.
Accordingly, the integration support I share incorporates these different influences and practices I've learned, and work and resonate with:
Active listening, mirroring, and compassionate inquiry from ontological life coaching
Teachings and practices from (Hridaya) Hatha yoga and the path of the spiritual heart
Teachings and practices from Heart-centered Self-Enquiry meditation
Nature-based teachings and practices
Support and encouragement for people to:
Connect and listen to their own inner guide and wisdom
Create and cultivate their own practices and rituals that make sense for who they are, where they are from, where they are, what resonates for them
*Please note: I am not a clinical psychologist or therapist; my approach is rooted in coaching and spiritual practices, aimed at supporting the understanding of, connection to, and incorporation of what is accessed in the experiences, the resulting shifts you want to make accordingly, and coming more fully into alignment with the innate gifts you have to share with your community and the greater collective. If you are seeking support for integration related to addressing more psychological matters such as trauma, PTSD, and depression, I recommend working with an integration therapist and can point you in the direction of resources for that. If you are working with addiction, I recommend working with someone specialised in that and can direct you as well.
My Intention for this Work | supporting individuals in remembering their true, divine nature and stepping into their fully expressed, authentic Selves
Moving through the process of integration, we may also begin to step more into our whole, wild, fully expressed, soulful Selves. Coming into an alignment with our heart and soul, we can also then begin to align more deeply with our authentic selves, and as well our innate gift(s) and purpose. This work of integration that I am committed to supporting is as much about bringing all the pieces together in harmony as it is about doing so to then be able to step into our beautiful, fully expressed Selves and purpose, and sharing the gift(s) we have to share with others.

Sessions
Getting started: We'll have an introductory chat to get to know each other, address any questions or curiosities, understand what you are looking to explore and/or integrate, and align on what may be best for you
First session (if post experience): 90 minutes
All other sessions: 60 minutes (unless otherwise requested)
Frequency
Sessions can be one-off based on needs, though for post-experience, I recommend at least three
A 5-session series is strongly recommended for support with more lasting shifts and weaving the thread from experiences into everyday life and lifestyle
A more typical coaching relationship of a 10-12 session series over 3-4 months is also possible and recommendable for increasing support and accountability in integration and life projects
Frequency of sessions can be determined together: weekly, every other week, monthly
Method of Connection
Sessions are held online (Zoom or your service of preference)
In Berlin, Germany, corona measures-permitting, sessions can be held in person over tea
In San Pancho, Mexico, during winter months, sessions can also be held in person
Value Exchange
60-minute sessions are €75 and
90-minute sessions are €90
However, I cannot currently accept insurance so am open to a sliding scale of €45-80/hr. If you can afford to cover more, I invite you to do so to help cover those that cannot.
If you are unable to provide this monetary exchange, but need integration support, please do still get in touch. We can always figure something out.
