My Story

My journey began with my father, who had cancer for half of my life before he passed away. Over ten years, as he faced and learned to embrace death through his own process and ways, I was there to listen and take it all in, even if I didn't understand it all at the time.

He was the first to invite me to befriend silence, stillness, and reflection. He showed me how to see the beautiful divine in all things. And ultimately, he taught me what it is to trust and surrender, because that's all there is to do in the end.

He planted seeds that continue to surprise and sprout in me; he showed me the doorway to a spiritual path that I've been grateful to walk my whole life, with him still alongside.

Through this lens of curiosity and gratitude for life (and death), I have lived and ventured through this life - exploring, seeking, experiencing, learning, loving, sharing. This search to understand life, death, place, belonging, home, and everything in between and beyond, has presented me with extraordinary and ordinary gifts of teachings that have shown me and woven the different pieces of my being together and into connection with that around me.

From all these explorations and experiences, teachers and guides, have come an avalanche of  lessons and learnings, for which life has become a beautiful, endless process of integration. Along the way, I have learned and remembered what home is, and now walk everyday on this way back home, to my wise, wild, whole, authentically expressed, soulful Self.
